Most novice devotional practitioners desire to visit the places of pilgrimage or some holy site in Braja, where God performed His sportive plays. He reconciled all thoughts and beliefs prevalent within divergent sects or religions and composed many verses eulogizing the various places of Braja and its temples, thereby immensely adding to the importance of sankirtan.
